Recently Sam B. from Lammer Moore Station in North Queensland advised again from the cockpit during flight ( thanks to Blue tooth) advising that his Hornet aircraft has passed the 4000+ hour mark.
" Congratulations to Sam... well done "
Sam uses his Hornet extensively for station managment and all the little jobs along the way, fixing fences , cleaning
cattle troughs, getting cattle of the road, checking pipe lines...
He assures , the Hornet aircraft is an extremely valuable tool to have for his operation.
Another HORNET CUB with 2500 h +
Congratulations to Tim Oldfield from Belalie Station in north west NSW on completing 2500h with his Hornet CUB fitted with a Rotax 914 engine.
Tim uses his Hornet aircraft extensively arround the station for all the jobs that need doing regardless to land vehicle accses or not. He assures the Hornet aircraft is the ideal aircraft for his operation and is built to last in this environment. Operating cost are well below the $ 50/h mark and the Rotax 914 engine has delivered proven relaiability throughout those 2000h and is still going until futher notice...

AAK Chilton aircraft 19-1937 completion
The AAK Chilton aircraft is now completed and enters the test fly stage. With no paint sheme selected yet it will remain in its pure alloy appearance for now.
